Greetings,
As this year
quickly comes to a close, many of us will remember 2009 as year of
exceptional challenges; by almost any measure, it was a tough year for
most. Yet, despite the challenges, I will also look back at
this year with renewed hope and energy for 2010!
Most of
us were forced to take a long hard look at our organizations,
departments and even households to reevaluate how we were doing
business; how we were going to keep our "heads above
water". Out of such thorough examination came new products,
new relationships and even new businesses.
I am thrilled
that CRG ASSOCIATES can end this
year offering new solutions and fresh ideas on how we can
help your organization look to 2010 with excitement and
optimism. As always, we are grateful for all of our business

Our experience
is that coaching individuals is frequently not as effective as coaching
the whole team.
Led by CRG Colleagues Ann Rogers and Diana Hammer, the team coaching
process is proven to help a team achieve clarity about challenges
and implement solutions. At the heart of the process is building the
capability to effectively collaborate and become a high performing
team.
The team coaching and change management process is not a
team-building event. It is a successful methodology that provides
a new mindset for what creates a sustainable, high performing team. In
a one or two day offsite, we train the team in this new model as we
support it over a six month period in addressing the issues that are
crucial to this team's performance.
