Anndee Byers is an independent consultant and principle of Premier Consultants LLC, a consulting and training consortium. She has more than 20 years experience in the in the consulting, design, development, and delivery of sales, management, customer service training programs and coaching. A dynamic and effective communicator working in the fields of international training and consulting, education, medical equipment, related health services, pharmaceuticals, computers, and finance. She is a creative consultant and facilitator who uses processes, models, and methodologies to achieve "real world" applications that generate measurable results.

Prior to starting Premier Consultants, she held positions as National Accounts Manager at with the major telecommunications firm Executone, a division of Continental Telephone Company, and Manager of Product and Sales Training at RCA/General Electric. There she developed major clients such as United Parcel Services, Sea Land Corporation, and American Express. Her experience as Manager of Training provided the opportunities to develop the sales and management teams by establishing a curriculum for personal and professional development.

As adjunct staff at Rutgers University and Gloucester County College she has worked with the Camden City projects, corporations in many New Jersey counties, and students in the undergraduate studies. At New York University she conducted intensive “Weekend camps” for the international students in the graduate studies programs.
